I made this pen by casting an image of the beginning of the US Constitution, "We the People" in clear resin and then polishing it to a smooth, glossy finish.

This pen uses a standard Parker refill and is available in any office supply store. Simply twisting the cap about a quarter turn will extend or retract the refill's tip.
